Blog #23

This past weekend I hung out with friends and enjoyed not having to come to school.

I hate Valentine's Day. It's a stupid made up holiday where people spend money on candy that no matter what you say your going to eat and then just get fat from it. Though I am not a supporter of this holiday, I did spend it with two good friends of mine, Erin and Austin. We ate and hung out, times are never boring with them:)

I like visiting many websites, especially when I'm looking for a new swim suit or clothes. I think my most favorite site to look on is either Buckle or Forever 21. :)

I'm usually on facebook or myspace when I'm on the computer. When I shop online though I like to visit sites like forever 21 and buckle.

No, I do not think that is true. I think that's very silly to think and that if anythings give off about who you are it's your personality. Though just knowing someone doesn't always mean that you acutally KNOW them. Everyone has a story and rather or not they share theres is the question.

I think grades are very important. They pretty much determine the pathway to your future. Though I think grades are important, I don't think you should take the easy way out and take easy classes just to have high grades. It's just as important to learn everything you can, because if you don't no matter what your grades were in high school you won't make it in college. AND that's the place I want to be!:)

I also HATE smelling smoke! Not only does just being around it stink, but it also makes your hair and clothes stink. If I'm ever around it for a long period of time it makes my head hurt. Overall I just don't like it. A solution for the smoking in the bathrooms could be smoke alarms in the bathrooms and over each stall and/or a teacher monitoring the bathrooms.

I have no idea what to write about. I'm really sleepy at the moment and wish I was in my bed. I'm pretty excited for this weekend because the movie "He's Just Not That Into You" comes out and I've only been waiting on it foreverrrrr! So yea, and im hungry.

A role model is sometimes the only thing that gets most kids to apply themselves and work hard for what they want rather that's in school, work, or a sport. When a role model dooes soomething wrong, or his/her actions do not follow what is considered good, it makes the kid, or whom ever looks up to this person question their own abilities and if the outcome of there work is really worth fighting for, or even attainable. I think it's very important for all role models to always be on their "best behavior" and show good characteristics. You never know who is watching!

I think it depends on the mood I'm in. Sometimes I enjoy watching American Idol very much, but other times I just don't feel that addiction to watch it as other people do.

I don't like cold weather. I hate wearing layers of clothes and much rather just throw on a sun dress or pair of shorts and shirt. Not only do I dislike it for the clothes reasons, but I also love going to the beach and I must admit that it just isn't the same without the hot sunshine out!:)
